When I first met Cain in 2017, I was unfit and unhappy with my life.

My journey with Across Generations began with a simple wish to tone up.

But the moves learned taught me one important lesson: fitness is more than just how much weight you can lift; it’s about working with your own unique body weight and shape to build strength, flexibility and mobility.
